Over the past eight months, we've been dedicated to developing an innovative AI Workshop platform. Our mission? To empower non-programmers and small business owners with the ability to create, share, and monetize their own chatbots with ease.

Looking back at my previous blog posts, I must admit we struggled to articulate our product and the specific problems we were addressing. Here's a valuable lesson for fellow entrepreneurs: let your users define the problems you're solving. Their straightforward feedback, free from marketing jargon, often provides the clearest perspective.

Currently, we're proud to have eight paying customers and four college students actively participating in our prompt community. While our growth may seem modest, our substantial runway gives us the luxury of time. This allows us to maintain meaningful dialogues with our users and iterate our product until we achieve the perfect product-market fit.

We're addressing three key challenges:

1. Accessibility: We've simplified AI chatbot customization to make it approachable for everyone, similar to how Capcut and Figma have democratized video editing and design, respectively.

2. Prompt Engineering: We've implemented visual elements to break down prompt chains into more manageable components, making it easier for users to create effective prompts for LLMs.

3. Modern Workplace Solutions: We're creating a platform that resonates with Generation Z professionals, who tend to prefer flexible, intuitive tools over traditional  ERP systems and value adaptability in their career paths.

In the next five years, we anticipate a significant shift in the business landscape, with small companies emerging as the dominant form of enterprise. This transformation is largely driven by Generation Z's distinct approach to career development. Unlike previous generations, Gen Z professionals show less interest in navigating complex corporate hierarchies, primarily because mastering large corporations' Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems requires substantial time and effort - an investment that may become a sunk cost if they decide to change positions.

Looking ahead, we envision a more agile approach to productivity. Gen Z professionals are likely to leverage AI through simple prompt engineering to automate routine tasks, allowing them to focus on more meaningful aspects of their careers and businesses. This adaptation reflects their preference for efficient, flexible work environments over traditional corporate structures.

This evolution in workplace dynamics suggests a future where smaller, more nimble organizations better align with Gen Z's career aspirations and working style preferences.
